What is Social Mobilization and Networking?

DepEd's Social Mobilization and Networking (SocMob) builds strong partnerships with parents, LGUs, NGOs, and the private sector. By mobilizing resources and providing technical assistance, SocMob supports key programs like Brigada Eskwela and disaster preparedness to enhance the quality of education for all students.

How It Works

  • Securing Support: Through Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) and formal partnerships, schools receive vital aid.
  • Community Engagement: We organize dialogues and events to get stakeholders actively involved in school improvement.
  • Utilizing Programs: We implement initiatives like the Adopt-A-School Program to match community support with school needs.
